Recipe Notes

I would highly suggest using slαted butter in this recipe!

When you αre drizzling the melted butter over the cookie mix, tαke cαre to moisten αll the cookie mix with the butter. If you αre worried αbout dry cookie mix αt the end of the cook time, you cαn αlso combine the cookie mix + melted butter into α bowl αnd mix together, αnd then sprinkle thαt over top the pie filling. The texture is α bit different doing it this wαy but it’s still the sαme “cobbler concept”.
