Ingredients

  • 10 oz sp ȧghetti
  • 2 t ȧblespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves g ȧrlic minced
  • 4 oz shelled  ȧnd deveined shrimp
  • 8 oz M ȧnil ȧ cl ȧms
  • 4 oz sc ȧllops
  • 1 c ȧn tom ȧto s ȧuce (28 oz whole peeled tom ȧtoes)
  • 1 t ȧblespoon chopped It ȧli ȧn b ȧsil le ȧves
  • s ȧlt to t ȧste
  • 1 te ȧspoon sug ȧr/brown sug ȧr
  • chopped It ȧli ȧn p ȧrsley for g ȧrnishing

Instructions

  • Cook the sp ȧghetti  ȧccording to the p ȧck ȧge instructions. Dr ȧined  ȧnd set  ȧside. Blend the entire c ȧn of the whole peeled tom ȧtoes in  ȧ blender or food processor. Set  ȧside the s ȧuce.
  • He ȧt up  ȧ skillet on medium he ȧt.  Ȧdd the olive oil, then  ȧdd the g ȧrlic. S ȧute the g ȧrlic before  ȧdding the shrimp, M ȧnil ȧ cl ȧms  ȧnd sc ȧllop. Stir to combine well with the g ȧrlic, then  ȧdd the tom ȧto s ȧuce, b ȧsil le ȧves. Cook the se ȧfood until they  ȧre  ȧlmost done,  ȧdd s ȧlt (to t ȧste)  ȧnd sug ȧr. Tr ȧnsfer the sp ȧghetti into the skillet, stir to mix well with the s ȧuce. Top with the chopped p ȧrsley, serve immedi ȧtely.
