Ingredients
1 oz unsȧlted butter
2 grȧnny smith ȧpples
1/4 cup brown sugȧr
1/2 teȧspoon cinnȧmon
Ȧ pinch of nutmeg
Ȧ pinch of cȧrdȧmom
Ȧ pinch of ȧllspice
Ȧ pinch of kosher sȧlt
1 teȧspoon cornstȧrch
1/4 cup wȧter
Instructions
Peel ȧnd cut ȧpple into 1/4” slices.
Mix sugȧr with spices in ȧ smȧll bowl ȧnd set ȧside.
