350g ground chicken

2 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce

2 Tablespoons of Mirin

3 Tablespoons of water

1/2 teaspoon Katakuriko


Chop brown onion finely. Mix ingredients for that sauce in a tiny bowl and hang aside.
